How do I find my size?

To optimise materials and reduce waste, the bulk of the collection is produced as one-size or 2 sizes. We acknowledge, that one size does not fit every bodytype, so if you are in doubt of the measures, please contact us.

On tops with close-fitting sleeves, the measures of especially the chest- and sleeve areas are graduated. The pants from Amoode are flexible in the sizes with soft elastics in the lining and with extra length, which you can customise by folding the bottom or with a simple adjustment at a tailor.

When do I receive my order?

We ship orders as fast as possible and within 1-2 business days. During vacation, the delivery can be delayed, but in case of delays, you'll receive a mail with information about the estimated delivery time.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase, if you wish to exchange/return your order/part of your order and exchange the purchased items to a different item. Then we will find a solution, which will ensure that you get an item you will love for many years.

How do I return my order?


You have the option to return your item(s) to us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Amoode has a 14-days return policy. It applies from the day you receive your order. Return the item(s) to Amoode, Runddelen 2, 6000 Kolding.

When do I receive my refund?

When your returned item(s) has arrived, and we have processed the returned item(s), the purchase amount will be transferred to your account as quickly as possible. We only transfer back to the card og account linked to the purchase.

How do I complain about an item?

If you notice an error on your item, please contact us via mail with a picture and a description of the error. Remember to inform us of your order number or the date and place of your purchase. We will help you through the process by either repairing/exchanging the item, or refunding your money.
